Hey everyone! I'm sorry if you're used to seeing my content and I haven't been around. Whether that just be talking to me in the general sense, or viewing my art! For the past almost two months, I haven't been on DA much. Quite a few things have gone on and are concurrently going on, but I'm keen on telling about them, as well as getting back to producing more content again very soon. Here goes:
My mom, back in early August started taking online courses and needed me to help her with them so through out August and September I had to help her review for her homework, exams and such. She's studying to become a Counselor (even though I'm not completely certain of her motives). Things have slowed down in regards to her needing my aid in that area, so I'm free more often. My niece stays in town now and stays with us some of the time (she had been formerly staying in Michigan with her mom) My niece got a puppy named Penelope and goes to school in Sumter (the city we live in, where essentially nothing happens) but unfortunately on Friday of last week the puppy was killed (the puppy had been run over, we found her in the morning). My niece seems to want a guinea pig now. I tell her that you can't replace a creature simply by getting another and that each pet is special in their own right, but that won't stop her from trying. Hopefully she's simply consoling the loss and not replacing the puppy. But I hope everyone agrees that losing something, especially a beloved creature, sucks.
I've also started job searching! I was holding off from job searching because me and a sibling were to move out to Nevada earlier this year to look for job opportunities where relatives of ours would assist us, but nothings come up in that area since our relatives allocated there are having their own (financial) problems. The online school I was enrolled in didn't work out also due to financial problems so I ended up having to withdraw for those who didn't know. I plan to stay at home for the remainder of this year and look for jobs though next year I'll look for another college to attend. I want to major in 2d animation, sequential art, and/or graphic design. Any recommendations would be superb. So wish me luck in that area, everyone!
So on and so, it's a short update. I'll have something regarding GLS and related projects in time, I'd ask for your patience, but that'd be bad enough, ha ha! So on and so, thanks for reading my latest entry!

It's been a while!
Hey everyone, I felt that it's been a long time since I last posted a journal entry on here and elsewhere, so it's long overdue... Anyhow, I'll start off by saying that I have finished A.I.T. (Advanced Individual Training) and have since shipped to my unit in the army (Kansas). With that said, I've been pretty busy these past few months with stuff not pertaining to my art/stories. I more than likely won't be able to follow through with all of the goals I set forth to finish in 2013 given the time frame I'm on but it doesn't bother me since, despite all the hardships I had to endure and continue to, I feel it was worth experiencing. My
I'm back! (Sorta)
Hey everyone! I'm back, sorta' kinda of... I've graduated BCT and now I'm in AIT, which naturally means I have more privileges and can get internet access during "personal time" to summarize as much as possible. I don't have my wacom 22HD or yiynova MSP19 electronic drawing tablets with me but I DO have my laptop from home and will be getting/purchasing the wacom 13HD that came out this year sometime next week. I didn't bring the wacom 22HD with me since it was a bit on the large side and would be a bit of a hassle to carry around given the life style I'll have over the next 2 1/2 months while I receive training for my M.O.S. Like I prom
Off to Basic Training!!!
Hello everyone, this could be my last journal entry for the next 2-6 months so I'll try to extrapolate on a few things...
Yes, I'm off to Basic Training today which means I probably won't be able to read your replies or responses to this particular journal entry, other journal entries, or my art gallery in general for quite some time. But I encourage you to comment and respond if you must because once I'm back I will get back to you (depending on the nature of the comment, of course).
Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish the GLS prologue before the weeks end and I'm still fairly early in the stages, but I'll continue to work on them once
The first 1/4 of the year...
It's about that time again...or rather it's over due, which it is. Hello everyone!
It's been well over two months since my last journal entry so I'll give you all some updates on the latest happenings regarding my goals as well as some imminent changes to my plans. :) For one, I'm in my third month of school and my semester will end in about two months in early May. The year is pushing along pretty fast. I've also successfully enlisted into the Army and will begin BT in May. I made sure that I wouldn't be able to head off until the middle of May after my college semester has ended. As well, I've decided to do active duty as opposed to

Was wondering what happened to you. I was gonna send you a note on 3DS.
Have you considered attending you Community College until you can find a job and transfer?
Last year I did what you planned on doing since I could not go to the college of my choice(finding a job while waiting to attend college), but it didn't work out like I planned. I ended up not finding a job and wasted half a year while I could have used that time to just do some of my needed general classes at my community college.
And you never know your Community College could have some good drawing, graphic and/or 2d animation classes. to be honest I learned a lot from my previous and current graphic design, digital imaging and computer classes this year. You should give it a try. Also Community Colleges usually aren't that expensive, so you should not really have any financial issues holding you back. See if you're eligible for financial aid as well.
